"To be able to make it for the long run, one must find the right balance in life”

Zeev Farbman- Co-Founder & CEO at Lightricks, has shared with us some of his thoughts about work-life balance:

“At the beggining, I used to worry about what will happen if I fail? When I changed my way of thinking to - how high can I reach? I realized that my work is a journey – and to be able to make it for the long run, one must find the right balance in life.”

Zeev truly believes that maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including eating healthy and sleeping well, leads to higher productivity levels, and so he practices meditation and Martial arts regularly.

Zeev believes that employees feel better, knowing they are taken care of. As a company, implementing that belief means enabling the employees a work-life balance. This benefits not only the employees, but the company as well– because it makes the employees want to stay longer!
